Falling nearly 100 feet, Argenta Falls with its "million dollar view" is a great tourist attraction and provides numerous private or commercial opportunities, as well as hydroelectric potential. Crooke Falls Hydroelectric Plant, about a mile down the river, was developed from a waterfall with approximately the same magnitude of water and drop. For a modest investment one can install a private hydro-electric facility that would provide more than enough power for the entire site.
